Most people are told to eat a healthy diet, etc., but what is the underlying reason.. A lot of people say to lose weight and be healthy, others to protect themselves from “germs” or “disease”.
The “germ theory” says that we have to protect ourselves from the virus infections or bacterial infections or other “germs”.thus, the idea is that you have to take certain vitamins, herbs or minerals that will protect you from these “germs” and thus disease.
However, a much better viewpoint is that if the body is healthy, that “terrain” can not be invaded by “germs”, There is no place for them to infect. Do you know what a virus has variants? Because they alter things so they can find a way to work themselves into an ailing body. They are trying to survive. Variants spread easier, but are always weaker.
I think its easier to have a healthy body which is resistant to any “germ” that might be trying to invade it.

Sinusitis is an inflammation of the nasal sinuses.
A sinus is a cavity (air chamber) within the bone. These are four sets of open spaces within the bones of the skull. They are above the eyes (frontal sinuses), to either side of the nose inside the cheekbones (maxillary sinuses), behind the bridge of the nose (sphenoid sinuses) and in the upper nose (ethmoid sinuses).

Time after time you hear from others or from yourself, that despite constant treatment with antibiotics, their sinus infection continues to return.

How did “antibiotics” so freely dispensed come about?
Well, Alexander Fleming, Scottish physician, biologist, pharmacologist and botanist returned from holiday on September 3, 1928, he looked at his petri dishes containing colonies of Staphylococcus, bacteria that cause boils, sore throats and abscesses He found something unusual on one dish. It was dotted with colonies, save for one area where some mold was growing. The zone immediately around the mold (later identified as a rare strain of Penicillium notatum) was clear, the mold had secreted something that inhibited bacterial growth. He found it was capable of killing a wide range of harmful bacteria. And thus, Penicillan was created. It was not till 1941 that it was developed enough to be used on a human.
It is now 76 years later, do we use anything other than mold, which is a type of fungus actually, and ….. well, the basis of the “modern” day antibiotics is still mold.
Now, even the CDC is telling people to look for fungus when the body is not getting well through standard medical treatment.
