Cereals, are they healthy?

People are looking for ways to eat healthy, and changing their diet. It is becoming known that low carb, moderate protein, and fat (Health Keto Diet) is the way to not only get healthy but lose weight.

In changing their eating habits, people tend to miss certain things the like (or craved). Recently, I was asked about cereal. The person “missed the crunch” in the morning.
